Missed Appointment & Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice or a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. No refund on cancellations made less than 24hours. Customers will have a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you are a no show after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled and a cancellation fee will be charged.
