  1. What happens if I miss an appointment or need to cancel?

    If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours advance notice and your deposit will be refunded. No refund on deposits for cancellations made less than 24hours. Customers will have a 15 minute grace period from your scheduled appointment time. If you are a no show after 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled WITHOUT a refund. 

  2. How does someone make an appointment? Can they call or is it just the SalesVu link?

    Appointments can be made online on our website or by giving us a call at 917-342-2097. Please give the salon a call if you run into any booking issues online.

  3. Does the salon accept walk-ins?

    Yes we do accept walk-ins.

  4. What are the free services offered on Tuesdays?

    We offer $5 off all services every Tuesday. However, on other days our specials change week by week. 

  5. How do I book with a certain nail technician?

    On our booking site, you can see all our nail technicians, their availability, and be able to book your desired appointments once the nail technician is available.

  6. Do you offer private salon parties?

    Yes we do offer private salon parties. Please send us an email if you want to learn more.
